Ahh, the Charcuterie Board

Ahhh, the charcuterie board. Simple yet elegant if done cohesively. Meat, cheeses, fruit, crackers, and an assortment of extra snacks and nibbles. It's the perfect party staple. There's something about it that always brings us joy. Maybe its the fact that it pairs well with any bottle of wine or that it offers variety while grazing. Nonetheless, we'll find any reason to make one. And there's really no wrong way to create one. 

For the cheeses, we tend to shop at Trader Joe's for something other than the basics. They have everything from toscano cheese with black pepper to chèvre with honey. For crackers, olives, and fruits, head over to Whole Foods (but any local grocery store will do). And if you don't feel like going to multiple stores, you can get a pre-made board from Wegmans!
